FIELD RULES for Game Days:
- Only athletes and RVJFA coaches are allowed on the field (no parents, siblings, etc.)
-Only water is allowed on the field (no gum, juice, gatorade, milk, snacks, etc.)
-Please do not have your daugher wear necklaces
-Cheerleaders will not be allowed to leave the fenced in field unless escorted by a coach or parent/guardian

Included in registration:
skirt/top (these must be returned at the end of the season)

briefs
sweatshirt
You must purchase:
white sneakers
white no-show socks
black turtleneck (or UnderArmor)
long full-length black leggings with NO lace

***PLEASE ARRIVE 20 MINUTES BEFORE SCHEDULED GAME TIME IN FULL UNIFORM***

hair bow (high pony tail with bow facing forward) - THIS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED AT PRACTICE IN AUG.

Fri Oct 17: Pizza dinner at Coach Maria's house, then decorating players' houses 6:30 pm to 9 - ish pm (DETAILS TO FOLLOW).
Sat Oct 18: Game @ HOME **NEW TIME: 4:30 pm. be there 4:10 pm.
Sun Oct 19: RIVER VALE DAY@ Mark Lane: be there 11:30 am. Performance at 12noon.

AEON TUMBLE CLASS INFO
- Aeon is hosting a special tumble class JUST for our squad!
- Our class is called "RV Tumble"
- The class meets for 6 weeks on Thursdays 5:30pm - 6:30pm
- First class 9/11
- Last class 10/16
- Please complete the registration form on their website

- They are WAIVING the $25 registration fee for us
- Check/cash for $108 and registration form are due on Wed Aug. 6. Make check out to AEON FITNESS AND GYMNASTICS
-If you are not coming to practice that week, please get the form and $ to me BEFORE THAT (email me for my address)
Pom cheer cheers for the Pee Wee boys B games. Due to league and enrollment issues, this year our B games will be played on the weekends.
SINCE THIS IS A CHANGE FROM PREVIOUS YEARS WITH PEE WEE GAMES, we may have to adjust the game schedule. Although this is not anticipated nor desired, we would like to bring this to your attention. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work with the hand that we are dealt in order to make the program available and successful for the children.
As always, I will share information with you as soon as I get it.

HUT and PARKING LOT DUTY
**Each family must volunteer for at least TWO spots**
All volunteers must sign up by Aug. 31, otherwise you will be assigned a time slot.

Please complete THIS FORM and bring it with a copy of your daughter's birth certificate to Coach Jeanine by Sept. 13
UNIFORM RETURN:
-Please machine wash and line dry the uniform. (the skirt and vest need to be returned; all other items are yours to keep)
-Please put in a bag and label it with your name so I know it's yours.
-Please drop it off into the box on my front porch (check your email or school directory for my address)
-I will leave the box there through Sunday, Dec. 7.
-I will email you to confirm that I received it.
